• Death - In the event of a Tata Neu Member's death, Tata Neu may, in its sole discretion, allow unutilized NeuCoins from the deceased Tata Neu Member's Membership Account to be transferred to a family member or a friend who is an active Tata Neu Member upon Tata Neu's receipt and review of all requested documentation and communications.
• Duplicate Membership Accounts - In the event that an individual user has more than 01 Membership Account. Tata Neu may allow NeuCoins and benefits to be transferred from 01 Membership Account to another upon Tata Neu's receipt and review of any requested documentation evidencing such duplication of Membership Accounts.
